CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Flow Yoga
A power vinyasa flow yoga class that will develop your strength, flexibility and focus. The room will be kept warm and we will pay special attention to the form and quality of the movement. This class is a playful and athletic workout that will leave you feeling centered and empowered.

Group Cycling
Enjoy a low-impact, high intensity workout with motivating music as you ride through familiar terrain or places you only wish you could go.  Whether you are a competitive road racer or a novice cyclist, you can improve athletic performance and general cardiovascular health.  Bring water and a towel and get ready for the ride of your life!

Mat Madness Fusion
A fusion of classical Pilates, yoga and strength training exercises, using your own body as the resistance. This mind/body format will help you develop symmetrical muscle tone and flexibility, core strength, and will improve your balance and posture. You will walk out of this intensive class revitalized. Be prepared to sweat!

Pilates
The focus is on stabilization, control, concentration, breath, precision, and a full range of motion. You will flow through a combination of the original 34 mat exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Your challenge is to adjust the level at which you perform the movements – for example as your coordination improves, you layer on breath; once you've mastered the breathing, switch your focus to smooth transitions between movements.

Stability Ball
Every class is a different experience. All include a cardio warm up followed by 50 minutes of strength training with dumb bells, stretching, and aerobic intervals. This class emphasizes functional strength movements to help you develop overall muscular strength and endurance. Increase your coordination and balance through dynamic exercise set to music and get ready to “have a ball”!
